We got the bruschetta appetizer and were throughly disappointed by it. It was just dry bread with flavorless chopped veggies atop. The pizzas were good! Got the arugula and prosciutto and the tuscan veggie. We wanted to order the dessert sampler, but had a hard time getting ahold of our server. Service was frustrating as it appeared slow in the restaurant but it was difficult to get our server to check on us and tab us out. We were unfortunately stuck there for far longer than we would’ve liked.

Confused by the reviews here as I visit for my 3rd time. Every greeter, server, and manager I’ve interacted with makes this feel like a family-owned small business versus a chain. Had Sam wait on us this evening under the watch of Taylor and they are both the definition of excellence. Extremely impressed and looking forward to coming back!

We’ve been here a few times, but I just had to leave a review to talk about our amazing waitress! Scarlet was very attentive and welcoming. She made our experience so lovely. We were a little high maintenance but she handled everything with efficiency and care. The pizza is also insanely good. Thanks again Scarlet!

Went out for a Friday Pizza night at Grimaldi’s. From the moment we entered the staff took great care of us, with them even bringing my 3 year old son a piece of dough. The atmosphere was perfect for a family that captured that classic nostalgia pizza vibe. The pizza was amazing we started off getting a large margarita and pepperoni and hot honey pizza. The pizza was very good, with the sauce having a lot of flavor to it, and the pepperoni with the hot honey was some of the best tasting pepperoni I’ve had, the dough was good, with my only comment that being that it could be a bit crispier, but it still had that perfect char, that all the classic pizza’s have. My family of 5 devoured the 2 pizzas and we immediately asked for another pepperoni with hot honey, which only lasted a couple minutes before we ate that all up. Our waitress was amazing making sure our drinks were refilled and making sure we were having a great experience. This will definitely be a spot in the rotation for Pizza nights going forward!

The crust was perfectly crisp with that signature smokey char, and the toppings were incredibly fresh and flavorful. You can taste the dedication to quality in every slice – truly a work of art! My experience was made even better by the fantastic service, especially from Brittany the bartender. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the drink menu, offering excellent recommendations, and her friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She was efficient, attentive, and just genuinely pleasant to interact with, ensuring the drinks were always perfectly crafted and served with a smile.
